By accessing or using Brew Routes, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activity under your account. You must use lawful credentials and keep access secure.
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as posts, photos, and comments). You grant Brew Routes a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the service.
You may not post unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material, attempt unauthorized access, abuse platform systems, or interfere with service availability.
We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create platform risk.
Brew Routes integrates third-party services (including authentication, maps, storage, and messaging providers). Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Brew Routes disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
You can request account deletion from Settings. We may also terminate access for violations or legal/security reasons. Deletion and retention handling are described in our Privacy Policy.
