The Regulars Program
Earn regulars, not just reach.
Instagram shows you strangers. Brew Routes shows you verified visits, who becomes a regular, and who chose to hear from you.
- Free to claim, and free until ten people opt in.
- One card on the counter, nothing for staff to learn.
- See counter scans, stamps kept, verified visits, and regulars.
Brew Routes
Earn your regulars
Scan when you buy
Counts once a day, only here.
The card that sits on your counter.
How it works
- 1
A small card sits on your counter.
People scan it when they buy. It only counts when they're standing in your café, once a day. No app needed for the first scan. The stamp lands first, and a quick Apple or Google sign-in keeps it for good. Nothing for staff to tap.
- 2
Feedback waits until after the coffee.
After visit 1: one quick “would you go back?” follow-up.
After visit 2: an optional cup and room rating.
Visit 4 within sixty days: they're a regular.
- 3
You see it happen.
Counter scans. Stamps people kept. Verified visits. Regulars. You get a clean view of whether the card is earning another visit.
- 4
They can hear from you.
The people who said they'd come back can opt in themselves. Send a note about a new bean, new hours, or something worth returning for. The report shows how many recipients came back within fourteen days.
Better than a punch card
You already know cards work. Here is what paper can't do.
| Paper card | Brew Routes card |
|---|---|
| Gets lost, gamed, over-stamped | Counts once a day, only in your café |
| You never know if it was used | Verified visits and regulars you can count |
| Can't reach who stopped coming | The ones who opted in hear from you |
| Staff stamp every cup | Nothing for staff to tap |
What you see
Your café's home shows counter scans, stamps kept, verified visits, regulars, and people listening for a note. Every note gets an honest report: sent, tapped, and verified returns within fourteen days.
We never claim a visit you can't see. If a number can't be stood behind, it isn't shown.
The rules we never break
- People opt in themselves, or they never hear from you.
- At most one note a week. Ever.
- Leaving is one tap.
- A reward is your choice. What it is, when it unlocks, or none at all.
- If you ever add one, its counter starts the day you turn it on. Old visits never become debt.
- Every number you see is one we can stand behind.

Questions owners actually ask
Will this spam my customers?
No. People opt in themselves, per café. One note a week is the ceiling, and leaving takes one tap.
What do my staff have to do?
Say one sentence at handoff. Nothing to tap, nothing to learn, no hardware.
Do I have to give away free drinks?
No. Stamps work with no reward at all. If you ever want one, you choose what it is and when it unlocks.
What if I stop paying?
Your customers keep every stamp. Your list stays intact, and it's waiting if you come back. Nobody's history is held hostage.
What do customers see?
Their own passport. Stamps, their visit history, and the cafés they'd go back to.
Is my café's data sold?
No ads, no data sales. A customer is named to you only if they choose to be known at your café.
