Brew Routes · Regulars

Your customers build your loyalty program for you.

They scan a sign on your counter themselves. No staff training, no app download just to check in, and no new checkout system.

Keep Square. Let customers do the work.

How the sign works

One sign. Four useful things.

  1. 01

    A customer scans the sign.

Each person can record one visit per day at your café. A reward is optional and always your choice.

  2. 02

They share feedback after the visit.

We ask whether they would come back. On a later visit, they can rate the cup and the room.

  3. 03

    You see who comes back.

See first visits, second visits, feedback, and people who used to visit but have gone quiet.

  4. 04

    Updates are always opt-in.

Only people who ask to hear from your café receive updates. Each café can send at most one per week.

The practical part

Put it on the counter. Let it do the work.

Brew Routes runs alongside your current loyalty setup, not instead of it. Customers need to see the sign. Staff do not stamp cards, scan phones, or manage a contact list.

What does staff need to do?

Nothing. The sign sits where customers can see it. Staff do not stamp cards, scan phones, or manage a list.

Do I need to give away a free drink?

No. You choose whether there is a reward, what it is, and when people earn it.

Can I send customers updates?

Only people who choose to receive them. They can stop them in one tap, and there is a one-message-a-week limit.
