For city-centre managers

Your events bring people in once. A coffee route brings them back.

A one-month route through your independent cafés, into streets people don’t usually walk. We run it behind the scenes, and you get a report on who came back and who would go back.

Discuss a campaign

Most campaigns count visits. This one shows who came back.

People scan a sign at each café. Your report shows who came back on another day and who says they’d go back, café by café, within a week of the route closing. Totals only, never names.

Ahh!!! Coffee, Ottawa

Tested at a café counter.

The counter sign and the would-you-go-back question have run there since July. Your city would be the first to run them as a route.

How residents and visitors take part.

One month, 3 to 10 of your independent cafés, explored at their own pace. And every counter is a way in: people who stop for a coffee find the route there, even if they never saw your posts.

  1. Discover

Choose from the cafés on your city’s route.

  2. Visit

Have a coffee or meet a friend.

  3. Scan

Scan the sign with your phone camera. No app needed. Visits are saved with a quick sign-in.

  4. Keep going

Visit any three different cafés, in any order, to finish the route.

Your part takes a few hours. We do the rest.

Tell us what the route should achieve, name one contact for approvals, and share the posts we write. Then we plan the next season with you.

  • We sign up the cafés

Independent cafés we’d go back to ourselves, picked fairly. They join for free, and nothing changes at the till.

  • We handle the paperwork

The quote, the text for your funding application and a short note for your boss.

  • We launch it for you

Posts written, a press release drafted, a launch photo taken, and your name on every sign.

  • Results for your council

Three numbers every week, three for your council the day after it ends, and the full report within a week.

Two sizes, each at a fixed price.

Plus applicable tax. Both run for one month with the same signs, support and report. An optional prize draw is extra, paid for by you or a sponsor, never the cafés. We agree the scope and the price in writing before we contact any café.

  • 3 to 5 cafés

Fits a €7,500 fund cap, tax included

    €4,900

  • 6 to 10 cafés

More of the city, more reasons to come back

    €7,500

Proof before you pay

  • No cafés, no fee. If the café group isn’t confirmed by the agreed date, you pay nothing.
  • The second month is on us. If fewer people finish than we agree up front, and you promoted it as agreed, the route runs a second month at no cost.
