Greater Goods Coffee Roasting Co.

This is the technical heart of the operation—a hill country roastery that feels like a temple to the bean. It hits "The Essentials" with precision, serving as an SCA-certified training lab where manual extraction is treated as a science. Expect consistent, competition-level latte art and a vibe that is remarkably welcoming despite the high expertise. The space is airy and modern, offering a behind-the-scenes look at their Loring roaster. It’s more of a destination tasting room than a standard cafe, making it a reliable pilgrimage for anyone serious about craft and transparency.
